The UNVEIL collaborative research and training network is a group of geneticists, wildlife biologists, philosophers, land managers and other stakeholders working to advance our understanding of genome-to-phenome connections in wild populations to use these discoveries to inform effective strategies for biodiversity conservation in a changing world.

As a collaborative network, we are developing novel conceptual and analytical approaches to advance genome-to-phenome science in natural populations. These advances create a framework to inform ethical decision-making about the use of genomic interventions in conservation biology, and train a new generation of scientists with the skills to develop novel strategies for solving some of our most pressing environmental challenges.
